Hey all! TCAF is creeping up real fast and we're pretty excited! We'll be bringing lots of books including volumes 1-4 of GJS, zines, samplers for Lunar Blight and a bunch of other fun little things. We hope to see some of you there, here's where you'll find us:

(Claire of Phantomarine was sweet enough to throw this graphic together for us, go read her comic!)

While GJS might not have anything significant to add to this year's Lunar New Year, our next comic, Lunar Blight, does! When it launches in these coming months there'll be plenty of horrific moons and rabbits to go around! We've finalized most of our site assets and have the first chapter pretty well ready for launch so keep your eyes out for it.

Blurb for Lunar Blight:

Jun Ryeo is a soft-spoken knight of the Moonlit Sanctuary sworn to protect humanity and gain the favour of the Moon. When a strange hunter scientist arrives with dreadful news of a powerful vampire threatening life as they know it, Jun and his fellow knights are deployed immediately with their unwelcome company. The journey is fraught with speculations of what it truly means to be a knight of the Lunar Guard and who the sanctuary is really protecting. Jun knows that he’s different from his allies and this question grates on him all the more painfully as he continues to cut down creatures that dwell in the shadows. With discord slowly brewing back at the Sanctuary, Jun must face the lie he’s grown to call home or embrace the darkness he knows lurking within him.

GJS turns 8 today, hooray! It’s crazy that we’ve been making this comic for so long, we’re proud that we’ve made it this far! As always, thank you everyone who has stuck around, just popped in or enjoyed Ghost Junk for a little while, we appreciate you all so much.

I don’t normally pick any particular theme for these big group drawings but this year I wanted to do something a little different and send a message of hope, even if it’s small. With everything going on currently I’m sure most of us feel like we haven’t caught our breath since it all started but please hang in there. Just as good things come to an end, so do bad things. As long as we can make it through to see another day with hope for a better future, that is the wish I’d like to make.

Thank you all again for sticking around, we couldn’t do this without you.
